Life is always much the same in a rain forest. The trees are always
green. It rains almost every day. The air is hot, night and day. Most
animals live in the trees.
There are monkeys, tree snakes, and brightly colored birds. There are
tree frogs and many kinds of tree-dwelling insects. In some rain
forests, there are great apes such as the orangutan.
