construction paper
spoons (three)
tempera paint
(liquid, three colors)
Before you start this project, cover your work area with layers of
newspaper. Cover yourself with an old shirt.
Fold a sheet of construction paper in half. Make a sharp crease
along the fold. Then open up the paper and lay it flat.Use the spoons to sprinkle a little of each color paint on one-half
of the construction paper. Now fold the paper in half along the fold
line, with the paint inside. Press the paper down smoothly with your
hand.Open up the paper and see what kind of design you have made. Leave
the design as it is, or add more paint and fold the paper again.
For your next picture, try sprinkling the paint in different places.
