Learning about animals
Biologists, zoologists, and naturalists are scientists who study living
things. They often work in laboratories or even in their own homes. But
sometimes they go to wild parts of the world to study the animals living
there.
The things these scientists learn help us know more about the world
around us.

This biologist is putting numbered
bands on the necks of Canada geese. This will help scientists study the
geese after they are turned loose.
