Fishermen
A lobster fisher empties a lobster pot. A pot is a trap made of wood
or metal slats.
The fishers on this ship are hauling in a large catch of tuna. The tuna
will be processed and sold fresh or canned.
People who fish for a living spend a great deal of time on the water.
Some work on huge “factory ships.” Others work in small boats.
Usually, they go after one kind of fish or shellfish. These deck hands
are working with freshly caught shrimp.
